The customer support is wonderful: questions are invariably answered quickly and helpfully—even after you've paid! I've never known customer support of this quality from any other company (and I don't just mean among internet/computing companies).

I've been a member of Alba/WebHostsAustralia for seven years, and unless something drastic happens, I will never consider alternative hosting arrangements. Moreover, I have managed to talk several other site owners into getting their sites hosted with WebHostsAustralia.
